The Avondale University Institute 4 Discipleship hosts Catalyst, a 12-week discipleship adventure on the campus of Avondale University.
- Catalyst will change the trajectory of their life.
- Catalyst is ideal for young adults who are wanting to take a short break from their workplace, apprenticeship, family farm, business, or university course.
- Catalyst will cost AUD $3,680* per participant, inclusive of tuition, wilderness week, books. Accomodation is sponsored by the South Pacific Division of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. *Meals are not included in the fees of $3,680.00. Participants have choices in relation to food. Breakfasts are freely available to participants in the Catalyst hub. All dorms have kitchens for self catering. Avondale University has 7@Avondale, a vegetarian restaurant featuring plant based and gluten free meals at student prices which represents great value for money. Buffet breakfasts are $10.50, buffet lunches are $15.00 and buffet dinners are $15.00.

Catalyst will cost AUD $3,680* per participant which includes wilderness week, tuition from a wide range of ministry specialists, practical community and mission engagement, and books over 12 weeks.
Catalyst participants will benefit from sponsored Avondale University dormitory accomodation in a twin shared room or single room. The South Pacific Division of the Seventh-day Adventist Church sponsors the accomodation which would normally cost $2,255.
* Meals are not included in the price because Catalyst participants have choices on their food preferences. Breakfasts are freely avilable at the Catalyst hub. All Avondale University dormitories have kitchens which facilitates self catering. Catalyst participants can buy meals from 7@Avondale for student prices. Buffet breakfasts are $10.50, buffet lunches are $15.00, buffet dinners are $15.00. Meals at 7@Avondale are generous, made with fresh produce, with many plant based and gluten free menu options.
